  • Clean litter box daily
  • Replace litter when needed

  • Administering medication (oral/topical)
  • Monitor for signs of illness

  • Emergency vet visit if required

Comfort & Emotional Care

  • Provide cuddles, attention and reassurance
  • Maintain familiar routines
  • Overnight presence for anxious pet

House Sitting

Your home is cared for with a visible daily presence, ensuring it is lived in, secure, clean, and that all household and outdoor systems continue to run smoothly.

  • Stay overnight (if included)
  • Do daily home checks
  • Check all windows & doors are locked
  • Turn lights on/off as per routine
  • Open/close curtains
  • Monitoring alarm system (with permission)
  • Report anything suspicious immediately

Indoor Home Care

  • Water indoor plants
  • Keep home tidy
  • Clean up any pet accidents
  • Sweep /Vacuum as needed

Property & Outdoor Care

  • Water garden/pots (if included)
  • Check for leaks or damage
  • Add pool chemicals
  • Take out rubbish on bin day
  • Return bins back in

Mail Deliveries

  • Collect mail daily
  • Bring parcels inside

Utilities & Systems

  • Check geyser (normal operation)
  • Reset trip switches if needed
  • Monitor electric fence lights (visual only)

Communication

We stay in close touch with you through regular WhatsApp updates, photos, and honest feedback, so you always know how your home and pets are doing.

During Each Visit

  • Send WhatsApp update
  • Include photos
  • Include a short video (if requested)
  • Report concerns
  • Note feeding, anxiousness, mood, behaviour

If an Issue Arises

  • Contact owner immediately
  • Follow emergency instructions
  • Take pet to vet (if authorised)
  • Document incident with photos
