No, I don’t offer boarding services. All care is provided in your pet’s own home, helping them stay in a familiar environment and maintain their usual routine.

Yes. Your pet’s wellbeing and your home’s safety are my top priorities. In the event of an emergency, I will act quickly to manage the situation and contact you immediately.
If you are unavailable, I will use your emergency contact or arrange appropriate assistance (such as a vet, plumber or security service if needed).
Before your booking, you’ll complete a short form with key details and authorisation so I can respond promptly and effectively.

No — pricing remains the same. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Your home is checked daily and cared for with visible presence. This includes locking doors and windows, managing lights and curtains, monitoring alarms (with permission), collecting mail, and reporting any concerns immediately.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the start date. Bookings are confirmed once a meet & greet has taken place and a deposit has been received so you can feel comfortable and confident before making payment.

Dates and times are reserved specifically for your pet and home, and I may need to decline other enquiries for the same period. Early booking is therefore recommended, especially during busy times.

Full details, including service dates and payment terms, will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of the booking.

No, please understand that we have made time for your visits and may have turned other people down to allow time for your pets. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. There will be no refunds.

Absolutely. We much prefer you to leave cash for your sitter at your home and leave a note so they are aware it is for them. Gift cards are also a great idea and appreciated.

Prior to the consultation; you will need to fill out our "booking form" completely. We will then have all the information we need about your pets allowing us to spend the consultation time getting to know you and your pets. To get started, please “Request Info” and we will then start your confidential profile and set up your complimentary consultation.

We administer oral and topical medication as instructed and closely monitor pets for any signs of illness. If an emergency arises, we contact you immediately and can take your pet to the vet if authorised.

We’re based in the Durban area, where most sittings take place. However, nationwide house and pet sitting is available by arrangement as seen under our Premium 24/7 live-in packages. Travel costs are discussed and agreed upon upfront.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for school holidays, long weekends, and festive seasons, as dates fill up quickly. Early booking ensures availability and peace of mind.
